A: Computer tech here...Yes it can handle the ATI graphics card. The 250 watt power unit does not affect any graphics cards. All graphics cards do not rely on power units, just the motherboards. You will do fine with the 250 watt power unit, but I would recommend that you put another 512 MB of memory board in it, based on what I found in the specs on your computer. The reason for more memory is because of high graphics gaming input if that is what you plan on doing. Since your computer has an integrated video in the motherboard, may have to be disabled in the BIOS in order to use the ATI graphics card. You can put a higher wattage power unit in it if you want, but it must not exceed more than 350 watts and the plug to the motherboard has to be the same as your current one. So, it is not neccessary to install one at this time. Hope this helps and good luck.
