Q: Because i wasn't the one who installed it and I can't find the instruction book. So how do I open it up or whatever to use it for whatever application i want to use it for. Can i use it for stkcam? Can I record with it for like youtube videos?
A: All that is required to make the camera function (that is to transmit an image) is the driver. If the driver is functioning the camera will show up in My Computer under the section Scanners and Cameras. If you want to record the video feed you will need a piece of software capable of doing just that. Logitech cameras probably come with a bit of software for doing that (it would be on a CD which would have come with the camera). You may be able to find other software on Google pretty easily.
