Q: my external hard drive wont be recognized by my computer. i have usb 2.0 and everything and i tried to restart it and stuff...idk.
A: U must be putting the cable into the front ports ........try the USB ports that are on the back side of computer, If there are 2 usb cables with your HD, try the other one, it might work
